This site offers a variety of products, services, and workshops focused on personal development. Additionally, it provides subscription services, which are predominantly offered through the online platform www.anatavares.pt.

STRUCTURE OF THE TERMS

This agreement is entered into between the parties and all individuals who use our website, whether to obtain information or to register for Workshops, Courses, Journeys, and other subscription services or events. The contract between both parties includes:

YOUR AGREEMENT WITH ANA TAVARES

It is essential that you read this document with the utmost attention. These Terms regulate your online registration process, online participation, and/or involvement in all products and services we sell. By making a purchase, you expressly declare that you have read and understood these terms, accepting them in full and agreeing to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree to these terms, we kindly ask you to refrain from registering for any of our services or products. All our products have a complete description, price, and valid period.

REGISTRATION ON BEHALF OF THIRD PARTIES

If you register on behalf of third parties, you assume the responsibility of ensuring that the person in question is duly informed and fully subject to these Terms and Conditions and accepts them in full. By completing and submitting the registration form, you declare that the person in question has been duly informed about these Terms and that they accept them in all their terms and conditions.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

These Terms are valid from the date of the data and their publication; they may eventually be replaced by a new version. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, whether for legal or regulatory reasons, or to reflect improvements in our Services or business practices. Any revisions to these Terms will be published on this platform. Therefore, you should read all information in full.

ACCESS TO OUR COURSES AND WORKSHOPS

We reserve the right to refuse participation or revoke access to our
Workshops and Courses, without any obligation to refund. This reservation of rights is applicable to any person who, in our analysis, may:

1. Demonstrate behavior that may disrupt, harm, or cause nuisance in the Workshops and Courses, compromising the experience of others;

2. Pose risks to the safety of our Workshops and Courses;

3. Fail to comply with these Terms of Use or our Additional Policies (Part D);

4. By registering, you agree to comply fully with all laws related to your access or participation in our Workshops and Courses.

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION OF WORKSHOPS AND COURSES

We strive to ensure that the programs, data, and prices presented for the Workshops and Courses are correct at the time of publication. Circumstances beyond our control may require substitutions, changes, postponements, or cancellations to the content, format, dates, prices, platform, and locations of the Workshops and Courses. We reserve the right to do so at any time and will not be liable for ANY costs incurred by you as a result.

We will do our best to notify you of any substitutions, postponements, or changes by posting updated information on the Site.

If any Workshop or Course is changed, no refund is provided; new data will be provided, and you will be duly informed. Attendance at any Workshop or Course is your responsibility, and you will not receive any refund for non-attendance, regardless of the reason given.

AUDIO, VIDEO, OR PHOTOGRAPHIC RECORDING

By participating in our Workshops and Courses, you acknowledge and agree that you are granting consent to Ana Tavares and Agape Love, Lda, for the recording and storage of any information from the workshops, masterclasses, and training sessions in which you participate. You agree to authorize us, or any third party licensed by us, to use, distribute, broadcast, or disclose globally your image, name, voice, and words in television, radio, films, newspapers, magazines, and other media, both those currently existing and those that may exist in the future, before, during, and at any time after the Workshop and Course, and in any format, without the need for additional approval on your part or any financial compensation. This grant covers the right to edit the content, the right to use the content (individually or in combination with other information), and the right to allow third parties to use or distribute the content.

PARTICIPATION in Training, Masterclasses, WORKSHOPS AND COURSES

It is your responsibility to inform us, during the registration process, of any special access needs or requirements you may have in relation to our Workshops and Courses. It is up to you to provide all internet, computer, or other access conditions to ensure you can attend.

THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Workshops and Courses may include links to third-party websites. We assume no responsibility for such third-party sites, and it is your responsibility to review all Terms and Conditions when accessing these sites or viewing their content.

FOR PERSONAL USE ONLY

Access to our Workshops, masterclasses, and training is intended exclusively for your personal use and cannot be shared with third parties. During participation in each of these formats, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and view the content while online. Furthermore, no right, title, or interest will be transferred to you. Any sharing of information will be reported to our legal team, and legal means of compensation will be pursued.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property (“IP”) rights related to the Workshops, Masterclasses, Journeys, Training, Products, services, and Courses, from the content to all materials distributed in the scope of or in connection with our Workshops, Masterclasses, Training, Products, and Courses, are our exclusive property.
By attending and registering, you agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, license, perform, publish, create derivative works, or use (except when authorized and in accordance with these Terms) our Workshops and Courses or the Services for any reason.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any legal right or benefit over any IP held or
used under license by Ana Tavares and Agape Love, Lda, nor does it confer upon you any
right or license over any other IP of ours. All IP rights will remain our exclusive property, as well as that of related companies.

It is prohibited for any company, organization, or individual to attempt to host or organize any event in conjunction with, adjacent to, or with the intention of being related to our Workshops, masterclasses, training, Courses, or affiliates, without our prior express authorization. We reserve the right to take legal or other measures, including claims for damages, which we deem appropriate to the circumstances, at our sole discretion.

WARRANTIES

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties or conditions, express or implied, or any part thereof, related to any aspect of our Workshops, Masterclasses, training, and Courses or any associated materials. By completing the registration, you acknowledge and agree that, in accepting the Terms and Conditions, you are not relying on any representation or warranty that is not expressly included in these Terms and agree not to seek any remedy in relation to any misrepresentation that has not become part of these Terms.

The Workshops, training, masterclasses, and Courses (including, but not limited to: videos, content, audio, etc.) are made available "as is," and Ágape Love, Unipessoal Lda offers no warranty of any kind, nor does it represent that they will be accurate or error-free. We are not responsible for errors that do not result from our work and that may arise from external factors.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions, as well as all processes emerging related to these general conditions, including their validity, the use of the www.anatavares.pt website, or any purchase on it, shall be governed by Portuguese law.

In case of questioning regarding the interpretation or execution of these conditions, Ágape Love undertakes to comply with the terms of Article 6 of Decree-Law 143/2001, of April 26, which stipulates that, in distance contracts, the final consumer has a period of up to 14 days to resolve the contract, without the payment of any compensation and without the need to indicate the reason, provided that the product is in its original condition.

Any disputes resulting from the interpretation of these General Terms shall be directed to the courts of the district of Mafra, with the Parties expressly waiving the jurisdiction of any other Court. In accordance with Law No. 144/2015 of September 8, in case of dispute, the parties may resort to an Alternative Consumer Dispute Resolution entity. In Portugal, the entity territorially competent for this purpose is the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center, located at Rua dos Douradouros, 116, 2º 1100-207, Lisbon, available at www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt. Outside Portugal, you may resort to the European Commission's ODR Platform, accessible at:

REGISTRATION AND PRICES

You will find full details about our Workshops, Training, Masterclasses, Courses, Journeys, and subscriptions on the page corresponding to each of those services. Registration prices are correct at the time of their publication.

We reserve the right to negotiate or change our prices at any time. A valid registration grants you the right to access the corresponding Workshop, masterclass, subscription, product, or Course, either as an online or in-person participant, according to your choice. This registration is personal and cannot be transferred.

You may complete your registration using one of the following payment methods: debit/credit card, MbWay, and Multibanco Reference.

DISCOUNT POLICY

The provision of discounts or special conditions is a courtesy on our part and does not constitute an obligation. We reserve the right to withdraw or change any discount offer at any time, according to our sole discretion.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Your registration represents a personal, revocable license, subject to cancellation on our part, and access to products and services may be denied; refunds may or may not be applicable, please read other clauses regarding products and services. If you meet the criteria in the applicable legislation, you will have the right to cancel the purchase of a service or product within 14 days, without the need for justification, and receive a refund of the amounts paid. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing of your decision to cancel within the 14-day period after the conclusion of the distance sale contract. The refund will be made through the same original payment method (for example, a credit card payment will be refunded to the same account number). However, by purchasing your registration for any of our products and services, you accept immediate access to digital content. Therefore, if you access the products and/or Services or any digital content, you acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel.

Note that this refund and cancellation policy does not prejudice your legal rights due to the legislation in force.

RESALE POLICY

Your registration is intended exclusively for personal use and cannot be resold or shared under any circumstances, including, but not limited to, being used as part of any promotion or contest.

Any resale or download of your registration that does not comply with the Terms will result in the cancellation of the registration and the withholding of access to the products and/or services initially acquired. If you cause the resale or attempted resale of any product and/or service (or any other violation of this term), we reserve the right to cancel the registration immediately and initiate the legal means at our disposal.

It is hereby clarified that we reserve the right to cancel any purchase made by any person or entity that we consider to be associated with any resale, disclosure, or other activity involving our products or services.

We emphasize that this resale policy does not affect your legal rights imposed by the legislation in force.
